Sanelli Ambrogio: Ceramic blade

Knives with black or white ceramic blade, made from a special ceramic Zirconia powder, chemically neutral and with high hardness, only diamond is harder. Ceramic powder is printed under pressure and then sytherized over 1000°C; ABS handle is anti-slippery and soft.

Sharpening and grinding is made with special diamond tools, and make the knives cutting power longer than every other metal knives.

Sharpener for ceramic or steel knives: The ABS support let you work with the correct sharpening angle (15°).
To be used wet. Lengh 17 cm, sharpening area 6 cm x 2 cm
